Caerphilly Borough Voluntary Sector Forum Consultation 2015

Following the Consultation event at the end of July which was attended by 35 organisations in the county borough we would like to extend the invitation to comment to a wider audience of voluntary organisations working in the county borough.  It is important that we hear from as many of you as possible to inform the development of the structure of the Forums for the future.  We be grateful if you would take the time to complete a short Survey Monkey survey which mirrors the workshops at the event.  (A paper version of the questionnaire is also available if required)  The online survey will close at the end of November and we would also request the return of paper surveys by 23rd December.
