The Newport C1st OAPB
currently meets at least six times per annum and although not constituted
it has a Terms of Reference Agreement and a Conduct of Business.
The Board has a central team
of staff attached to which includes, a full time co-ordinator, a full-time
training and capacity building officer, [currently job-shared by two
people], a full-time finance officer and part-time admin officer. All these
workers are situated in the GAVO offices at Ty Derwen, Church Road, Newport.
In addition there is a full-time finance officer and a full-time support
officer based at Newport City Councils Community Development office in Essex Street, Newport.
