Managing money is not just about monitoring income and expenditure - you also have to be aware of the effective financial management and control within a charity, understand accounts and produce clear financial reports for the Board and your external funders.
The sessions in 'Managing Money' will aid you in getting to grips with the finances of your organisation and offer practical tools and techniques to aid in controlling and monitoring budgets, understand terminology and help to ensure you have clear systems and procedures in place to facilitate your task.
